Why no volume discounts?: We believe in fair pricing. Whether you're a solo developer or a large company, you pay the same price per email. No negotiation needed, no feeling like you're overpaying because you didn't haggle.
What counts as one email?: One API call or SMTP submission to one recipient. If you send to 3 recipients, that's 3 emails.
Does my credit expire?: No. Your credit balance never expires. Top up once, use it over months or years.
What payment methods do you accept?: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers.
Can I get an invoice?: Yes. All payments generate proper invoices with VAT, available in your dashboard.
